Forecasting electric bill kwh usage for summer 2023 in Houston

My current electric plan is almost ending and I was trying to pick y'alls brains on what would be the better plan. Should I sign up for a 3 month plan of ¢10.3/kWh for 500 kWh (this has been my typical historical usage for my studio apartment) or sign up for one for 12 months @ ¢11.1/kwh for 500 kWh usage. I know summers in Houston can get hot and electrical usage can get brutal. I'm tempted to do the 3 month plan but I have a feeling I'd need to look for another plan through Power To Choose again in August, peak summer weather and electrical usage I'm assuming, and run the risk of signing up for a plan with ¢13/kWh+ (based on seeing friends and families bills from last year- kinda anecdotal evidence based assumptions) as my only options. What's y'alls advice on this?
