For those with a 750K-900K homes in the loop. How much do y’all earn to afford it?

When I look at the earning needed to afford an 800K home I always find 200K salary but all of those don’t account for the Texas high property insurance + home insurance. So just want to get a feel for what Houston homeowners who own ~800K make.
