For those who have to work outside, how do you deal with the heat?

The love of my life is a home inspector and I feel so bad for him in this heat!! Especially when the homes don't have air conditioning yet so the outside AND inside is hot.

I got him a cooler and pack lots of ice and water along with his lunch, but any other things to help cool him off??
