For those that work in downtown, where do you park your car and how much do you pay?

Will start working there soon, and would like to know where to park near tranquility park.

Public transportation is not an option, I'd be okay with paying a monthly fee but how much can I expect to pay? I'd also be working for the city so I think I'd get a discount on parking
