For those faulting Deshaun due to "signing a contract", do you honestly believe he wouldn’t have gotten franchise tagged?

Whether he signed a contract or not, he most likely would still be on the team this year and next year under the franchise tag. Just look at what Dallas is doing with Dak. As a top tier QB you are essentially locked into the team for 6 years after you are drafted if the organization so chooses, whether "the player" wants to be there or not.
