For my H-Town folks without power, here’s pictures on how to make a portable ~$20 AC unit ($25 w/inflation). You only need 3 things. 1. Styrofoam Ice chest 2. Small fan 3. Ice I customized mine so that you can manually direct the cold air. Hope this helps someone out there.
