For anyone who travels on 288 to I10, which route, which route do you prefer?

I’ve been making this trip a few times recently and will alternate between red and blue routes from A to B. It seems random which was has better traffic- especially from at the 288 to 45/59 transfer. Does anyone have a route they like better? From B to A, I exclusively like the red route.
