For all the night people

Did anybody else hear that weird intercom voice thingy around 4 am on near the galleria area?? I wasn’t really able to investigate but it was a woman’s voice on an intercom sounding thing, it was loud and echo-ey where I heard it from hoping some of yall might heard it
