Food truck recommendations for Apt Complex

Hey! Idk if this is the right place to ask, but my apt complex sent out an email to residents asking for food truck recommendations.

We used to have this thing called "Food Truck Fridays" and after several cancellations/late arrivals from the only food truck we would get, they finally sent out a request for information.

So I was wondering if any of you guys had info/suggestions of food trucks that would be willing to come out to the apt complex on a routine basis or whatever they workout with the front office.

This is for the Rice Military/Washington Ave Coalition area.
