Food Recommendations

Hey Folks! Staying in Houston while here on business. Looking for some good eats. Mainly mom and pop shops, hidden gems, and local places. I love all food.. nothing is off limits. Staying near galleria area.. don’t mind a drive if need be. I appreciate any information too. What to do on my days off. Sight seeing, actives, bars, etc.
