Food and names

I’m going to my first Astros game on Thursday and I have three questions:

1. What’s the best food to get at the stadium?
2. What are cool things in or around the stadium I should check out?
3. Do fans think the name change is bad and if so, should I refer to it as Minute Maid?

For reference, this will be my 21st park on my MLB ballpark journey.
