Foam Recycling?

Does anyone know of facilities accepting foam for recycling? My company has a large amount and our typical source for recycling (Houston Foam Plastics) is not accepting/processing foam right now.

The city run locations do not accept foam from businesses. Some UPS stores typically accept foam, but it doesn't seem like they are right now.

We have ~an 18 wheeler worth of foam that I'd really like to recycle, we need it gone in the next couple of weeks, otherwise we're going to be forced to throw it away.
