Flying into Houston next week and lover of craft beer

I am flying into Houston next week for work and have some time away where I will be able to check out a few breweries. I wanted to ask what are the top 3-5 must-go breweries with the best overall beer? I have Saint Arnold on the list and seems to be a must-go, but wanted another 2-3 that I could check out that is highly recommended. I frequent breweries a few times a week here in my hometown and love Pilsners, Lagers, Sours (no lactose sours/kettle cheap sours), stouts (not pastry stout BS), and breweries that care about what they make. Any recommendations are much appreciated.
