Flooding at The Park at White Oak

Can anyone tell me what the flooding is like in this area? I know that units flooded during Harvey and Allison, but I'm curious what the area is like during more normal, day to day heavy rains. Do the parking lot and nearby streets flood regularly? Thank you for any input.
