Flood Insurance in Houston

Hello All

I am shopping for flood insurance for a new construction home. The mortgage company hooked me up with an agent that seemed to be charging too much.

Went online and found this outfit called Neptune Flood Insurance. Their prices are reasonable but what worries me I don't see any reviews for them and they seem to be not part of FEMA vendors.

Anyone has experience with them or any recommendations of brokers?
