Flood insurance help

Looking for somebody to help me with some questions about flood insurance and a problem I’m having.

Bought a house end of 2020 in Dickinson. Flood insurance was required and initially was 595$/yr.

1 month ago I’m informed, after receiving my elevation certificate, that my policy has increased by 940$/yr.

The base flood elevation for my area is 14 and zone AE. Every other person in the neighborhood pays about 5-600$/yr for their policy. My elevation certificate states my elevation for my house is 14.3.

Also on the elevation certificate is says BFE for my area is 15.3 but going off the FEMA maps that is wrong.

I’m looking to talk to somebody that knows the flood maps well or anybody that can explain this increase for just me.
