Flix Bus Experiences

Anyone here taken the Flix Bus from Houston to Dallas?

My Dad bought a ticket for the Flix bus it was cancelled at the last minute today so he had to resort to taking a Greyhound to Dallas. Anyone else here have had any bad experience with Flix Bus?
