Flights out of IAH being canceled

Anybody had any luck flying in and out of IAH in the last few days? We have a flight out today that’s already been delayed a couple hours, keep seeing tons of flights being canceled due to COVID/staff shortages. Wondering what the odds are that we actually make it out.
