Flat Stanley Project

My best friend and her family live in Kansas City. Her son is doing a flat Stanley project for his class in elementary school. His flat person was mailed to us and we need to take pictures with it around the city. Any recommendations of sites to visit? A picture with a “cowboy” was specifically requested and I’m not sure how to fulfill that ask. Ideas? We live close to Tomball but willing to travel to different parts of the city to help make his project as successful as possible. I appreciate any fun/creative/Texan/Houston ideas!
