F**k Centerpoint

My gas was turned off last night because they needed to do a “safety check” and never told us we had to be home, that they were coming, or that the gas was going to be turned off. Our gas was shut off so no heat or hot water. Called customer service and they will not be in to schedule for a tech to come out until Monday. Fantastic Thanksgiving
