First time buyer finally about to buy new construction

I’m a first time home buyer with the opportunity to buy a new construction home in Bridgeland. It’s an inventory home so they have a few incentives towards price and closing costs. The builder is Chesmar and I haven’t really been able to dig up any information on their reputation. Seems like they are new in this community. Price after upgrades is 359k. Anybody have any insights on this builder or tips on the whole situation? First time doing this and kinda scared if I’m honest.
