First phase of West U’s west side drainage project advances as officials seek future flood relief

On Sept. 9, West University Place City Council approved phase 1 of the design contract with HDR Engineering for the city’s West Side Paving & Drainage Improvement project, which involves the new stormwater pipeline on the city’s west side.
