First look: Hines unveils renderings of downtown Houston apartment tower underway
After breaking ground on The Preston in April, Houston-based Hines has unveiled plans for what the luxury apartment tower will look like inside.
The Preston, which is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2022, will be the tallest residential tower in downtown Houston, reaching 46 stories and featuring 373 apartment units.
