Fine dining restaurants that will definitely NOT be getting stars??

With the Michelin guide coming to Houston, which of the cities super high end restaurants do you see not even standing a chance of earning any type of recognition. For me it’s Bludorn, while the food is pretty great, it’s all pretty traditional steak and potatoes fare and is generally sort of boring. While it’s loved and acclaimed locally and to many people would seem like the type of place to get a Michelin star, I just think there’s literally no way.
