Fine dining places with tasting menus?

Hi, I’m looking for a fine dining place to go out to dinner that does tasting menus.

I’ve come across Degust, March and Le Jardinier. Are there others that I missed or are recommended?

Degust and March are serving duck and pork right now which my spouse and I don’t eat. So, I’m waiting for their menus to change to check them out.

Also, I’m pregnant so I can’t do raw fish.

We’ve been to Alinea, Daniel, L2O, the Modern and Le Circ. We love the occasional tasting menu fine dining experience and are looking for something here.
