Final Steps for the Temporary Residency

Hi all,

If you have done the Temporary (or Permanent b/c I think the process is similar) Residency steps, you can guide me.

a- Do I need an appointment with the Houston Consulate? Where to get it?

or

b- Is it walk-in with no appointment? If so, what hour of the day is the best time to join the "line"?
