Fighting Insurance – Foundation Claim

Does anyone know of a reputable company or structural engineer who specializes in insurance company reports? I had a plumbing issue cause massive foundation problems and now I'm fighting the insurance tooth and nail over it all. Anyone else had to fight one of these out recently?
