Fighter Jets Clear Lake

I live in the Clear Lake/Webster area and there are fighter jets that fly over my apartment almost daily, definitely several times per week.

Just wondering if anyone has any info on them? What base they’re taking off from, where they may be flying to, etc.

I’m assuming they’re flying out to run drills over the gulf, but not sure where they would be coming from.
