Fiesta Restaurant Group to be acquired by Authentic Restaurant Brands, taken private

A portfolio company of New York investment firm Garnett Station Partners is set to become the new owner of Dallas-based Fiesta Restaurant Group Inc., the parent company of Pollo Tropical and former owner of Taco Cabana.
