Fiesta Mart that sells Boots and Stuff?

When I moved to Houston a few years ago, I got really lost and ran into a Fiesta Mart for some Dr Pepper. The Fiesta I visited had clothing, dishes, all kinds of stuff. I’ve not been able to find this place again. Was I dreaming? Is that real? I feel like it was NE. (And before y’all shame me, I just searched Google and I cannot find anything.)
