Fetch package delivery?

Does anyone have any experiences with fetch package delivery? We are about to sign a lease with an apartment that uses the company, but while scrolling on TikTok so many videos were starting to pop up saying fetch was useless. I googled it and there’s even an ABC13 segment on it for Houston in Nov 2022. I’m hoping that all the heat they got for that would have helped them become better now. It’s not a deal breaker, but still want to know just in case.
