Ferris, TX is better than Houston…

So Ferris voted to provide free healthcare and mental health to its residents. Definitely a step in the right direction, IMO. Houston already has the makings of this with Harris Health. I think it would be great if everyone in Harris County had free access to Harris Health, not as it is but as it could be….as an insurance plan all facilities in Harris County would be required to accept.
