Fence repair help?

Does anybody have someone they recommend for good quality, reasonable fence work? Need about 39 feet of 8’ cedar though the support beams are a bit bigger. We’ve had quotes of $3,500 in the area, but I think that’s. little high considering materials are around $1,170 based on an online calculator.
