FEMA wants proof that my power has been out longer than 3 days…

Can someone please tell me how I’m supposed to show that my power has been out longer than 3 days when my bill doesn’t have a breakdown of the kWh usage by days? Also, on my provider’s website, I can’t gather smart meter data because the smart meter hasn’t been powered in three days to send power information to the provider…this is frustrating.
