FEMA is fucking stupid

How can you apply for help after being told to do so, then get denied and the only way to appeal is to snail mail or fucking FAX something.

Not only that, but the phone number to the help line is fucking DOG S**T. A wait time of fucking 6 hours and no call back option? Eat s**t.
