FEMA approves Inwood Forest flood-mitigation project in northwest Houston
The Inwood Forest Flood Mitigation Project will include converting the former Inwood Forest Golf Course, which was acquired in 2011 by the city of Houston and the Harris County Flood Control District as a potential flood-mitigation facility.
