Feet turning blue

I am just shy of a hundred pounds with no money and a busted water heater my body has never been great at keeping its temperature regulated and to make it worse I've become completely climatized to the heat of being in texas and even gone as far as to spoil myself physically by taking hot showers any time I got cold bring back up my core temper.. problem is it's gotten freezing and the water heater is busted and the land lord won't fix it because he tried to evict us failed and now the judge won't allow him to kick us out but the water heater has been broken for over a month now and it doesn't seem likely to change. We have made hot water to shower and wash dishes with by burning wood under the water heater which works but we've run out of wood. We even took to burning the furniture to make hot water but now that the dresser is all gone there's nothing else we can spare to use… maybe some one could send us some wood chips(it has to be small enough to fit under the water heater) PM me if you are willing to help it would be appreciated more than you can imagine..
