Feds seize over 300,000 kilos of meth precursor chemicals at Port of Houston in record-breaking bust

Federal officials announced the largest seizure of methamphetamine precursor chemicals in U.S. history in Houston on Wednesday morning.

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said the record-breaking bust happened after officials intercepted more than 300,000 kilograms of chemicals shipped from China and bound for Mexico’s Sinaloa Drug Cartel.
