Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Procurement
The City of Sugar Land Purchasing Department will use the COSL Guidelines for FTA Procurement and the COSL Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program when completing any and all procurements for the Engineering Department utilizing FTA funds.
