Favorite spots in the Museum District?

Going to be spending some time during the day and afternoon at MFAH and around Hermann Park tomorrow (NYE). What are your favorite sights, hangs, bars, and restaurants in the area? Haven't spent much time there in a while so could use some fun suggestions. I'll be solo. Thanks!
