Favorite meal prep kits

I'm familiar with the big meal kit companies like Blue Apron and Hello Fresh. Are there any other recommendations? Particularly interested in something that I could pick up locally, maybe even return the packaging, etc? Not too worried about local in the organic farm-to-table sense, but more like I hated all the waste and packaging that comes with the traditional meal kits through the mail. I'd also be open to a great shopping list/ planned menu where I do the shopping but they provide the instructions and do all the thinking. I know that sounds super lazy but that's life!
