Favorite happy hour/dinner special spots?

What are some of your favorite happy hour and/or dinner specials bars/restaurants in Houston? I like The Hideaway steak special on Saturdays. Wings at Porch Swing Pub on Mondays. Hay Merchant has good specials sometimes. Oishii.
