Favorite celebration spots?

Hi everyone! My best friend will be turning 21 this upcoming week and I would love to take her out somewhere new and special to celebrate. Are there any favorite spots (restaurants/clubs/parks/etc.) you have for special occasions? I’m open to anything and everything, especially good food places! (If this could be helpful- she loves pho, sushi, is a sneaker head, and is a dirt bike enthusiast.)
