Favor drivers, how much does H‑E‑B pay you to deliver groceries?

I know the customer has an option to tip, but I want to know if H‑E‑B gives favor drivers any portion of the $5 delivery fee.

Also, say H‑E‑B messes up on an order and groceries have to be redelivered. How are the favor drivers compensated?
