Father looking for great family lawyer to help custody battle

Posting for a friend. But I’ve got a colleague that is being represented by a lawyer that thinks it’s smart he take the high road rather than go all out.

He’s a successful and hard working father that has custody now but it’s starting to look like he may have to give up custody
