Fast(er) PCR COVID-19 Testing

My wife and I are planning to visit Massachusetts in mid-September to celebrate our mutual birthdays. We are staying at a family-owned property that is relatively isolated.

We want to comply with the current Massachusetts COVID-19 Travel Order which requires you to provide a negative COVID-19 test that was administered within 72 hours of arrival. If the negative results have not been received prior to arrival, you must quarantine until the results are provided. Because our trip is 5 days, and we wish to still have some freedom to go to a restaurant or two or walk around in public spaces, we are looking to find a Houston testing location that provides quick turnaround times on testing.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health indicates that you must provide a PCR COVID-19 test, and will not accept the rapid test results (15-30 min turnaround time) that are provided at a number of Houston Emergency Care Centers.

After calling a few locations, most quoted 7-10 day turnaround times on the PCR test, which would eclipse the length of our trip. Do any Redditors from /r/Houston have personal experience with going to a specific clinic, hospital, etc. that provided a PCR test with a quicker (3-5 days) turnaround time?

Cost is not much of a concern, just looking to comply with the law.
