For someone who is in their 30s with no family, whats an ideal location to purchase first home with aspirations to stay their for 5 ish years? Looking for $500k-$650k max and in a relatively good condition (light work for the home is acceptable, not looking for a complete gut and rebuild). Commute to either Energy Corridor or Downtown.
