Fantasy Help for a Texans fan from Texans fans

I’m in a 12 team $200 auction draft league with 3 keepers max. My team was pretty bad last year but I managed 4th (missing the payouts…)

As of now my keepers are

Will Fuller ($16) Michael Gallup ($8) Deebo Samuel ($10)

I’m wondering what ya’ll think of keeping Will Fuller for $16.

My main concern is I’m planning on targeting Watson and willing to pay handsomely for him. Without an RB1 as a keeper that takes David Johnson out of the equation. Not trying to load up to heavy on Texans.
