Fannin south park and ride

Does anybody know what's the situation at the park and ride by the rail station? The machines say parking is free due to covid19 and there is a robot riding around the lot. I need to buy a monthly permit but the booth says it's closed as well. Looking at the metro app isn't helping either. Thank you in advance.
