Fancy spots for dessert and coffee outside of the loop?

Hi all, looking for nice upscale/fancy cafe for coffee and dessert preferably in the SW or Katy area. If there’s something really worth driving into the city for then I’ll consider it. So far I’ve found these places but can’t decide. Want it to be a special time with my wife.
